These Terms govern use of RingCrew, an AI voice answering service provided by Hoverla LLC for trade contractor businesses. By using RingCrew, you agree to these Terms.

Service Scope

RingCrew collects caller details (name, phone number, address, and problem description) and relays service requests to the contractor account that registered for the service.

SMS Notifications

SMS notifications are sent only to the contractor number(s) registered for RingCrew. Message frequency may vary based on inbound call volume. Message and data rates may apply.

By providing a mobile number, you confirm you are authorized to receive operational texts for that business. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data Use and Privacy

Data is used only to deliver and improve the RingCrew service. Hoverla LLC does not sell caller data and does not share it for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Call Recordings

Call recordings may be stored for quality assurance and prompt iteration. You are responsible for notifying callers of any legally required call recording disclosures in your operating jurisdictions.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.

Disclaimer and Liability

RingCrew is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoverla LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
